  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link to view the current whereabouts of your package.
  • Changing or Cancelling Orders: If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
