Small parts. Quietly done well.
Since 2020, a small Staffordshire team has chosen the finishing details of British homes: the vents, trims and fixings that make a house feel cared for.
Our storyWe sort our range by the job it does, stock makers the trade already trusts, and keep a real person at the end of the phone. Nothing loud. Just the right part, made to last.

Manthorpe GL250-03 Insulated Loft Access Door
An old loft hatch lets warm air straight into the roof space. The GL250-03 closes it with a 50mm insulated door and draught seals at both the frame and the door. The frame screws up into the ceiling timbers, and the door hinges down or lifts out for full access.

Seal it below. Let it breathe above.
Insulate the hatch and the roof space gets colder, so it needs air moving through it. Eaves vents hold the insulation back from the rafters and keep that air flowing. One job, done in the right order.
Three small jobs. Fewer problems in January.
None of these need a tradesman. All of them cost more if you leave them till the first frost.
Seal the loft
Swap a draughty hatch for an insulated, sealed door and keep the heat in the rooms you use.
Loft & insulationClear the airflow
Vents at the soffits, eaves and air bricks stop winter condensation turning into damp.
VentilationMove the rain
A temporary downpipe kit carries storm water away from the walls while the permanent fix waits.
